Filament voltage

I reduced filament voltage by using thinner and longer wires from filament transformer. This #22 wire can handle temperatures over 200C, and it's just slightly warm.

Length of each wire is about 41-42 cm.

Filament voltage is 4.82V with 240V in primary circuit.

Original #14 wires I used for Step-Start mod.
